Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our busy Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with the support of a friendly and professional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers and re-mortgages.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals.
- Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, and preparing reports.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and firm procedures.
- Maintaining accurate file records.
- Providing excellent standard of client care throughout the transaction.

Legal Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and organised Legal Assistant to support our busy Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous conveyancing experience or a strong administrative background looking to develop their career within a friendly and professional legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to fee earners in the Residential Conveyancing team.
- Preparing standard letters, documents, and forms under supervision.
- Assisting with opening, closing, and archiving client files.
- Carrying out ID checks and assisting with AML compliance.
- Communicating with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, phone calls, and emails.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems.
- Supporting with post-completion tasks including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
